1. Payment Transfer : Bank to Bank or by cheque (for Indian Clients).
2. Payment duration : Not more than 15 days from the date of submission of Invoice.
3. GST @ 18% will be charged extra if payment is transferred in Indian Rupees.
4. Drawings, Design calculations and Technical specifications will be submitted in PDF format. CAD files will be handed over at the end of our services.
5. Drawings and Design calculations shall be revised maximum two times after submission of the first issue. Additional revisions shall be charged extra.
6. Drawings shall be prepared either in CAD or Microstation as per Client's requirement.
7. Cost of transport (Air / rail), boarding, lodging and local travel arrangements are to be paid by the Client.
8. Terms of payment : 10% advance, 50% against submission on prorata basis and 40% against approval on prorata basis.
